It's been awhile but, I'm back to writing. I've been sidelined with a case of pneumonia (wah!) and could not run my last scheduled run in 2015. So, what's a girl to do? I firmly believe that fitness and well being is a journey. I love strength training and running. I tend to eat clean, and I'm currently practicing flexible dieting (IIFYM)!
