Ahhhh. I just did the Rock n Roll Half Marathon and am so happy! I actually ran the course in 2:02:58 and here's my finisher's certificate for proof :)
I was just telling a couple of friends that I wanted to run a sub 2 half marathon but I only run three times per week (because I love some strength training!!).
I firmly believe that fitness and well being is a journey. I love strength training and running. I tend to eat clean, and I'm currently practicing flexible dieting (IIFYM)!
