I would absolutely love to be able to drink all the cider, wine, fancy cocktail and eat all the delicious foods, but...I just can't. For someone who loves the experience of a meal, that sucks. But sometimes, that's just life. The other day, I felt a strong(er) resolve to get my nutrition cleaned up and consistent. I think it was because in a conversation I was having with someone, I realized the key for my success is support. I've done one round of the 21 Day Sugar Detox and two (non-consecutive) rounds of the Whole30. I was able to successfully complete the 21 DSD and Whole30 because of daily social media or email support where a key question was asked.
Staying true to my goals and following a plan is difficult while traveling, but I can't really afford to do any more nutritional off-roading like I used to do on travel. I thought it would also be nifty for me to document my experiences while on this plan in hopes of identifying some tips for me (and maybe others) to reference later. I enivision this series will go through July, when most of my travel (and two of the four Dukan Diet phases should be completed...the Stabilization phase is now shown in the program below).
Thanks for reading and here's hoping you'll be HOT too!
