I wanted to share one of my favorite, easiest recipes with you...the complete breakfast pancake aka CBP. Why is it compete? Because it's got just the right amount of protein, carbs, & fats to be filling and super tasty. I also like that you can adjust the ingredients down to fit your needs and it still works well.
